About JetLedger
JetLedger is a private expense management application for aviation operations. It helps small teams track expenses, scan receipts with automatic OCR, manage invoicing and reimbursements, generate PDF reports, and export data. A companion iOS app is available for receipt capture in the field.

Receipt Management
- Upload receipts via web, iOS app, or email forwarding
- Email receipts to your account's address at <slug>@send.jetledger.io (admin/editor access required)
- Receipts are automatically scanned for data extraction (OCR)
- Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF
- iOS app supports offline capture with automatic sync
Account & Login
- JetLedger is invite-only — contact your account administrator for access
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for enhanced security
- Password reset available from the login page
- Locked out? Email support@jetledger.io
Billing & Subscription
- Manage your subscription, update payment methods, and download invoices via Settings → Billing
- Cancellation is self-service through the billing portal

iOS App
- Companion app for receipt capture in the field
- Supports offline capture — receipts sync automatically when connectivity is restored
- Download from the App Store (unlisted — contact your administrator for the link)
Data & Reports
- Export expense data from Settings → Export
- Generate PDF reports from the Reports section
- Multi-currency support with automatic USD conversion
